I HAVE A CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE, WILL PARKANDREFER.COM WORK FOR ME?
Yes. Park and Refer Inc. is a fully licensed employing real estate broker with the California Department of Real Estate. License #01904646. It's FREE and super easy to transfer your license to ParkandRefer.com with the California DRE elicensing system
ARE THERE ANY REALTOR FEES, MLS FEES, MONTHLY OFFICE FEES, OR E&O INSURANCE FEES?
NO! You'll easily save thousands per year on these fees. As a ParkandRefer.com referral agent, you won't be a member of any board of realtors, MLS service, or have to pay monthly office fees or E&O Insurance. You'll be covered under our group E&O policy. Your only fee is an annual $95 fee, and as an incentive, even this is waived the year following a successful referral. Yes I know, Parking your license is sounding pretty good!
HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
It's totally up to you! The sky is the limit and you're in control of your income stream. HOW DO I GET PAID?
Once ParkandRefer.com receives the commission check from your referral closing, we'll mail or wire the funds to you. At year end you'll receive a 1099 to report your earnings, no taxes will be deducted.
HOW DO I PARK MY LICENSE WITH PARKANDREFER.COM?
Simply click the "Sign Up Now!" button. We’ll respond with an email to you containing all of the documents required to transfer your license to ParkandRefer.com including:
  • Independent contractor agreement
  • Office policy manual
  • W-9.
For your ease and convenience these docs can be completed and signed online. This eliminates faxing, snail mail, and saves trees. We'll then certify your license transfer via the California Department of Real Estate elicensing system.
WHAT IF MY LICENSE IS INACTIVE OR EXPIRED?
No problem depending on the length of time. It's easy to reinstate or renew with the California DRE elicensing system.
HOW MUCH DOES THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE CHARGE TO TRANSFER MY LICENSE TO A NEW FIRM?
There is NO CHARGE to transfer to a new firm with DRE, and very easy to accomplish online thanks to the California DRE elicensing system.
CAN I ACT AS THE AGENT ON MY OWN PERSONAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION?
Yes, this is a huge benefit of ParkandRefer.com. You may act as agent on your owner occupied purchase and take a commission and/or negotiate a lower sales price! The fee to ParkandRefer.com is $325 for this type of transaction. To sell your home, since you won't have direct access to any MLS, we recommend utilizing an MLS listing service or even a Realtor friend who has MLS access. There is no fee, as ParkandRefer.com will not be the listing brokerage. ParkandRefer.com is a totally independent brokerage and not a LFRO (limited function referral organization). A LFRO is a brokerage associated with a board of realtors. You would not be able to act as agent on your own personal real estate transaction with a LFRO.
CAN I LIST PROPERTIES OR REPRESENT BUYERS?
ParkandRefer.com is designed as an extremely low cost referral-based brokerage. Agents may only refer their leads and earn commission. Listing property or representation of buyers is not possible.
DO I HAVE TO STAY ACTIVE WITH DRE AND COMPLETE CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS?
Yes. You must keep your license in active status. For your convenience, we'll send you renewal date reminders. According to the DRE rules and regulations, you must complete continuing ed. over your 4 year license cycle. ParkandRefer agents receive a 15% discount on VanEd.com online real estate courses which will save you a ton of time and money.
CAN I CHOOSE THE AGENT THAT WORKS MY REFERRAL?
Yes, you may choose any licensed agent anywhere in California or the world to work your referral. You aren't limited by geography when earning great money on your referrals. You may refer residential, commercial, new construction, even land deals!
HOW DO I PLACE A REFERRAL WITH PARKANDREFER.COM?

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF THE STATUS OF MY REFERRAL?
Easy! We track the progress of your referral for you from placement through closing, and simply send you a cool web link that will always have updated transaction status, which you can check as often as you'd like!
ARE THERE ANY DEDUCTIONS FROM MY REFERRAL FEE?
There is a flat $325 fee deducted from most of your successfully closed referrals. Less is deducted from smaller referral commissions. Please call for details 888-470-0641
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO CANCEL WITH PARK AND REFER?
Simply let us know in writing and we'll inform the California Department of Real Estate. The $95 annual fee is non refundable.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACTIVE REFERRALS IF I LEAVE PARK AND REFER?
If your referral is already under contract with the referral broker, you'll still be paid your referral commission even if you decide to leave before closing occurs. You must however maintain an active license to receive your commission. If not yet under contract, referral agent will be notified that you are no longer associated with ParkandRefer.com.
